XY-1A Geological Drilling Rigs Machine Rotary Drive Process:
The diesel engine drives the triangle pulley on the worm to rotate through the worm of the coupling reducer. Through the V-belt, drive the empty sleeve in the unloading bracket of the gearbox. The V-belt pulley is connected by the clutch, and the power is transmitted to the gearbox. After the gearbox changes speed, the gears mesh with the rotary gear shaft to drive the small bevel gear, the large bevel gear and the vertical shaft to rotate. If the clutch is disconnected, the rotator stops.
Hoist drive:The motion of the winch is transmitted from the gearbox. The gear of the gearbox is meshed with the gear, and its three speeds can be transmitted to the transmission gear of the winch, so as to drive the shaft of the winch to rotate.
