XY-1 A Geological Drilling Rig Features
1.When the final holes are respectively 75mm and 46mm in diameter, the rated hole depths are separately 100m and 180m. The maximum of depth my not exceed 110% of that drilled in each hole.The maximum allowable hole diameter is 150mm. 2.With hydraulic feeding device, elevated drilling efficiency, reduced labor strength. 3.The rig is equipped with an upper spherical jaw holding mechanism and hexagonal drive drilling rod which can be replaced without shutdown, high efficiency, safe and reliable. 4.A hole bottom pressure gauge is mounted indicating the pressure in order to control the staus inside the hole 5.Compact structure, small volume, lightweight, high detachablity, easy transportation and suitable for the operations in plains or mountain areas.
Soil Testing Best Time
Soil samples can be taken any time throughout the year. It is important though to sample approximately the same time of the year. Late summer, or early fall, is a good time for most crops. This allows time for lime recommended to react and change the pH before the crop is planted.
Inspection procedures for core drilling rig
I. Routine appearance inspection
(1) Regularly check whether the paint on the surface layer of the drilling rig is loose, mainly whether the operating parts are rusty;
(2) Regularly check whether the reinforcement is loose;
(3) Regularly check the welding position for faulty welding and desoldering.
II. Idle test run
(1) Carry out no-load actual operation of the drilling rig according to the safety operation procedures, and idle for 20 minutes;
(2) Regularly check whether the operation of the hydraulic transmission system is OK, whether the hydraulic seals, oil pipes and connectors have oil leakage, whether the temperature is OK, and whether the vacuum pressure gauge is OK;
(3) Regularly check whether the reinforcement is loose and whether various practical operations are sensitive and reliable.
